WORKSPACES/GUIDES INSTRUCTIONS

(1) The Passage Guide is structured to search every resource in the Accordance library with respect to a particular Bible passage. It is best to create custom, grouped resources in your library and open separate "Search All" tabs for each targeted User Group (preferred commentaries, dictionaries, etc.). This basic workspace uses the LINK command for standard Library resources and adds Parallel resources in a separate zone. Begin by entering a reference in the Bible argument entry section. Modify and re-save the Workspace to suit your Bible study needs. (See sample .PNG)

(2) The Exegetical Guide takes advantage interlinear resources in Accordance and is structured to search all Language resources in the Accordance library. Before setting up a Search All zone, it is necessary to create a custom User Group (from the Library) to include all available Apparatuses, Grammars, etc.; it may be helpful to create separate "Search All" tabs for each targeted User Group. As available in the Library, combine parallel texts of source languages, syntax charts, etc. Modify and re-save the Workspace to suit your Bible study needs. (See sample .PNG)

(3) The Word Study Guide builds on the Exegetical Guide in the following way: Triple-clicking on a source language term opens a lexicon (e.g., BDAG/HALOT) and searching for a term (lemma, inflection, root) displays analytic data for the term. Modify basic Word Study Guide and save the Workspace as needed. (See sample .PNG)

Required resources for Workspaces (.accord files): KJV, ESVS, UBS4-T, BDAG
